After you place an order
Your confirmation email includes an order number that starts with PH-. When a parcel ships, we add tracking and you can refresh this page — or wait for the shipping email.
If tracking is not ready yet
Paid / processing — tracking arrives when the parcel ships. Labels can take 24–72 hours to show movement after they are created.
Delivery times
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 5–15 business days after that. See shipping & payment for destinations and split parcels.
