After you place an order

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. When your order ships, we send a second email with tracking details from the carrier.

Where to find tracking

  1. Check your inbox and spam folder for shipping confirmation.
  2. Click the tracking link in that email to see delivery status.
  3. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate after the label is created.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days depending on your location and product availability. See shipping & payment for more detail.
