Our commitment

We stand behind the quality of products sold on pet-hygge. If an item is defective under normal use, contact us within the warranty period shown on the product listing or packaging.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects under normal pet use
  • Items that stop working as described within the warranty term
  • Missing parts reported within 7 days of delivery

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, chewing damage, or misuse
  • Consumables such as food, treats, and litter
  • Damage from improper storage or cleaning

How to claim

Email support@pet-hygge.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We will coordinate repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
