Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what happens at checkout.

Destinations
We currently deliver to: United States, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada. Checkout only offers these countries. If yours is not listed, we cannot ship there yet.
The United States is our primary destination; delivery estimates below are written with that in mind. Times to Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Canada are usually in the same range, subject to customs.
Processing and delivery
Processing: 1–3 business days after you order (weekends and public holidays may add a day). Delivery: typically 5–15 business days after the parcel ships. Door to door that can be up to about 18 business days.
Tracking
You receive an order confirmation first, then tracking by email when a parcel ships. Look up the same details on order tracking with your PH- order number and checkout email. Carrier tracking can take 24–72 hours to show movement after a label is created.
Duties and import fees
Shipping shown at Stripe Checkout is the carrier charge we collect. Import VAT, duties, or brokerage on arrival — if a destination charges them — are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout already included them.
Several items, several parcels
An order with more than one product may arrive in separate packages. Each parcel has its own tracking. We split shipments when items are ready at different times, not to surprise you with extra fees.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout from destination and weight. If a promotion applies, you will see it before you pay.
Payment
Pay securely by card with Stripe. Prices appear in the currency of the destination we support (for example USD for the United States).
