30-day return window

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Opened food, treats, or hygiene products cannot be returned for safety reasons unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@pet-hygge.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and send next steps.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping where applicable.
